In 2015, my sister and I founded One Jersey. One Goal., a nonprofit dedicated to collecting and donating used soccer jerseys to underserved communities worldwide. Over six years, we grew our organization and shared our love for soccer with children in 13 countries. This experience helped me develop leadership, branding, collaboration, and cultural understanding—skills that continue to shape my work and perspective today.
